This month has been filled with nutrition talks👩🏻‍🏫! Thank you @be.well.fest for inviting me to talk about “Healthy eating, making better choices” @thepulsehk - wonderful space AND with 2 screens 📽🥰. The second talk was aimed at the youth and elderly in the Yau Tsim Mong district. It was my first time doing 2 talks, back to back. Now I really appreciate lecturers who can give 3-hour engaging/interactive lectures 🎤💥😂
